Additional midweek hours at $100 per hour. (Earliest in - 6am).
(Client must pay full night rental on Friday
& Saturday even if time is extended by only a few hours.)
Rental fees include up to 10 display, product, or check-in tables.
Extra tables - $15 each.
Additional charges will apply for special lighting, sound, security,
electricity, and technical service.
Insurance - The client may be required to furnish the Santa
Cruz Seaside Company with written proof of $1,000,000.00 Public
Liability Insurance and $100,000.00 in Property Damage Insurance
naming the Santa Cruz Seaside Company as an additional insured.
Deposits - A deposit and a signed contract are required to
secure space. Deposit amounts are based on event time and space
requirements. All room deposits are nonrefundable.
Admissions Tax - May apply to events if tickets to attend
are being sold to the public. Although the Cocoanut Grove can provide
guidelines on this tax requirement, it is the responsibility of
the client to establish whether their event is subject to this tax.
