Making Shift Happen - Women in Leadership Roles

The 10th Annual Women's Leadership Forum recognizes that while the workforce is nearly 60% women, women's salary levels are still 20% less than men's and only twelve Fortune 500 companies are run by women. Our goal is to provide leadership tools for women in all stages of their careers and create a balanced economic society. To this end, our theme this year is "Making Shift Happen."

The Women's Leadership Forum will take over the entire Cocoanut Grove for a full day of networking, education, and tools for a successful life – both business and personal. We have renowned keynote speakers, six tracks, formal networking, a musical interlude, lunch, and a wine and cheese reception with book signings.
